This page is so green and sickly. <3 Val's color, for sure.
It was interesting, ish 1, there was a review that said some of the pages were so green and sickly that it irked them.
HEY! I meant for that to happen with some of those pages? SWEET!For the other ones... XD my bad!!! hahahahah!
I think this is where I finally felt like I HAD my stride with my new weird natural media/digital method.
This is also the issue I colored up to the day before my wedding. Seriously. I'm not kidding. I pulled an all nighter two nights before my wedding. And then I ran errands all day~ I picked up my dress and then checked on the flowers. And then I went to my rehersal and rehersal dinner. And then hours after that my sister and I finally crashed.
Originally I was supposed to get this issue and THREE done before I left for honeymoon but... uuuuhhhhhh, I didn't get a wedding planner and apparently weddings take up a lot of time when you have to do stuff on your own. XD GOOD TIMES!

When I read this issue, this page really stuck out, I actually stopped reading and "went wow that's a lot of green." and I wondered why you chose to use such a green hue for everything. Was it to convey a sinister mood, sickness or just to pop this scene away from the rest of the book? I hope I don't sound like I think that it was a bad choice on the contrary in a book full of fantastic art this was the page that stood out the most for me. I'm just curious about your thought process in choosing a colour palette.

ooooh there's a reason. >:3 Anytime I use an over all color for a particular page, there's usually a mood or feeling I want to convey.
Keep an eye out, I'm hoping it all makes sense in the next few issues.
