Hi there.
This is an interesting piece.
I do like that you shot this piece at an angle, it offers the viewer an unusual view.
I also really like how the flags lead up to the church so that the eye follows them to the top center of the church.
I noticed that you shot this with a cell phone, so you really cannot do much about the quality.
However, I do think that if this photograph were darker it would be beneficial to the piece.
The sun sort of overpowers the colors in this photograph, even some of the flags on the banner are pure white because of it.
Although you shot this with a cellphone, most phones have different menu options that you can use when shooting a photograph with them. At the very least, it probably has a brightness/contrast setting.
Although I really like the angle, I do think it is a little extreme in this photograph. I would have like to have seen more of the church - but I do like that you didn't cut off the top of the church which would have been more detrimental.
There was a person who commented saying it reminds them of the Festival of Fools in the Hunchback of Notre Dame, and I thought the same thing!
Next time, I would try to take the photograph from further back so that more of the main focal point is in the frame.
This is a really cool piece though, and I jealous I am not (or was not) there to view this place in person, it looks lovely.

Hi, I'm here from Project Comment
Firstly, while I like the slight angle in this piece I think it'd work better if it was a little bit more exaggerated. My first thought looking at this was that it was something to do with the Festival of Fools from the Hunchback of Notre Dame Disney film, because of the shape of the tower and the bunting. Even though it's not, I do like the contrast between the very serene, stable permanent church and the temporary, party atmosphere of the bunting.

The photo is nice, but some of the bloom of the sun overpowers the actual structure. I'd suggest pushing down with the brightness/contrast balance for a little extra depth.
