I definitely get a sense of happiness from these images. I think the bright lights and merry-go-round definitely brings back a lot of memories for people, myself included, of good times : )
My only critiques for this piece would be that the bottom image is a little blurred because of the motion and I really wish I could zoom in on this image!

You catch the essence of the Happiness in this photo, the people are having fun here, I feel the warmth between them, I think it was due existing families here.
I saw the motion of movement here, which let the image a bit blurred at least the second photo, the first is better.
And the lights contrast with the shadows, and that give a good effect.

The glow and contrast is well done.
The composition and zoom are well done too. I might suggest next time a slightly more drastic angle.

Wow, nice shot! You captured the motion pretty well, and the contrasting color of the lights and dark sky look great!
Considering that this was a phone picture, this turned out nicely! I'd just suggest using iPhoto or another picture-altering program to smooth out the piece and make it a bit less blurry.
Keep up the good work! I really like the angles, especially the upper one.

I like the night life feel but the second one is kinda blurry not sure if thats what you were going for but if you don't have one I would try to get a tripod.
