Can I critique?
The shading looks good and the hair is pretty well done, though it could use some improvement. One thing to remember is that the head usually shouldn't have the full outline separating it from the neck, which is something a lot of artists need to learn, but it takes awhile to master. The neck itself looks well done, though a little high up, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. The lips need work, it just doesn't look natural the way they're drawn. It appears one of the nostrils are missing for the angle you drew him at. The eyebrows look a little off too, they don't match too much, though it could be his expression. The clothes are extremely well done, no complaints except that the jacket is too dark to really show any types of clothing folds, so I'd suggest using either a higher value and/or using light more to your advantage to show where folds are. The hands are a little awkward, but passable, because they're the hardest body part to master. Left arm looks a little thin, and the sleeve looks a bit small for a shirt that appears to be hanging pretty loosely on him. The eyes are good, though they look a little sharp on him. I'd also put a bit more shading between his eyebrow and eye to show how they sink back into his face.
Out of 10, I'd give this around a 6. You got a lot of stuff right that a lot of other people miss, though you got to focus on the other details, as well as learn a bit more on anatomy and how body parts connect. Overall, it's not that bad! Keep trying and you'll improve!

Very nice shading! I love this!
However, think the face is somewhat uneven, and like a previous commenter said, too big for the shoulders.
Also, something about the arm on the left bothers me...

Might I make a suggestion? I feel as if his face is a bit long.
Actually, I take that back. The face is fine, but it's too big for the shoulders. I'd recommend making the shoulders a touch wider.
Also, on his right hand, his pointer/index finger should be bent a little more.
But overall, this is great! The wrinkles are done really, really well!
