Technically, in the film it's both a "moonlight howl" and a "moonlight dance". They preferably call it a "moonlight howl" because wolves don't really dance. Plus, about the only vocal sounds made during the scene, where Garth is physically introduced, sound like howls. However, the couples are also dancing while doing such.

OK, this pic takes place during my fanfic (--> [link] <--). During one of the Moonlight Howl chapters, In Lilly and Garth were dancing like the other wolves, then Garth dips Lilly and "kisses" her, catching the young white wolf by surprise for a moment.
OK. I try to give credit for the original pic to the makers like you, but when I can't find them, that becomes a problem.
