Very beautifully detailed. Love their poses and their armor. My only beef would be with her eyes. They seem to be looking at the viewer when they should probably be focused on her opponent. I don't know though, maybe you wanted to make her look distracted (as though someone just called to her and got her attention at a bad moment). But aside from that it is very beautiful work.
