Funny enough the facial expression for the actuall commission piece is slightly different - much more serious and stern. I though that a more playfull look would make for a more pleasent image

I see, although if you know a life of a justicar it leaves much to be desired. Their life is hard and dangerous.

Artisticly: Yeah probably.
Realisticly: It actually wouldn't matter. The the only part that would have that effect would it's Event Horizon. Not to mention that when Singularity is used, it tends to throw people around at a rather slow speed. That considered, it's gravitational force wouldn't be strong enough to do any damage at that distance.
