I played RO when it was in the beta man. I've loved it for sooo many years lol just never drew anything from it cause I sucked before.

I still draw crooked stuff all the time and I've been drawing all my life -_-; actually I'm just lazy, I gotta not sub stuff that I don't feel isn't done. Everything of yours comes out so solid and complete looking

Aww do you use paint tool sai? The vector layer in that helps me out ALOT!
That and I have a tablet laptop so i'm drawing right on the screen, that also helps alot with clean lines and all that jazz.

I was gonna kinda shyster my hubby into buying me a Cintiq, but I was feeling guilty about it knowing I'd only use it for hobby art and nothing professional o.o so I settled for the med size wacom intuos4.
Everyone I know uses paint sai or whatever it's called, I just started getting familiar with certain tools in photoshop, but as much as I've used it, I kinda hate it lol...it's tedious to work with. I think I might have corel painter somewhere, it came w/ the tablet, but if you recommend sai, I could take a crack at it. Especially if it's easier and doesn't have like 10 instructions for one tool. This old timer does ramble on mmm hmmmm XD

Mine's just a crappy little toshiba portege though, but it gets the job done.

It works and it's an easy program to use you can find easy tutorials online if you need them but you can also just ask me. The vector layer is basically the lineart layer and it comes with tools like line, curve, edit pressure, edit line and colour line so you could do a black lineart, then change the colour to say, brown or red it's pretty epic! (it's how I did mah pony art lol)

I think I might have had the same lappy before I traded it in, I remember it had a swivel screen so I could lay it flat to draw on, I miss that thing!!
Vector=lineart gotcha! I'm mainly looking to color and find a better coloring program than PS. But hey, if it helps make my lineart even cleaner than I can get it in other programs, ce magnifique!! Thanks so much for the link, I can finally test out some old sketch and/or lineart files with coloahhh!!
BTW you don't happen to have any links for that 3D model for Barry do you? I've tried lightening screen caps of him and the only picture in my head of him is too Criss Angel-like o.o I have like 8 unfinished drawings of him but I can't find inspiration for his eyes for some reason. thanks again!
