Personality: A home schooled child as she is, she lacks the grace and social skills most kids have by going to public skills. For example her lack of manners. She has tendency to not quite be in the know about all of what's popular with humans. It can make interacting a challenge at times. She may also come off as gross to some. Not that she bothers her a bit, if someone likes her than they do if not oh well. She is above all else a pretty happy kid and a little mischievous. Due to powers she gained from her mother she can transform her appearance...atleast for awhile she's still pretty young. Often she misuses her powers to a point where it may land her in trouble. Something however not from her mother is her kleptomania, a trait perhaps from her father. Curious by nature, she tends to find herself in many places, some of which she's not sure how she got to. Which may lead to a little panic on her part what with her poor sense of direction at times.

History: Born to a loving mother who was in college at the time of her birth, her mom, aunt, and grandpa were her whole world. Because it takes time and her being half of two very different races it took considerable time for her to learn to use her powers. So she was homeschooled for most of her life and eventually in the latter half of her life did she attend some public school. By then she'd learned to hide her tail the one thing that made her look less human. It was during this time in her life her mom, Plokho and had been living with her Aunt Alisa. It was her aunt that helped her get into school in the first place. This was when she made her first friend, a human boy named Dmitri. He was a peppy child and so much smaller than the other boys. But that was ok they were midget friends together. They did all sorts of stuff together, sleep overs, movies, school projects, just everything. It was right around when Sofi got her first phone when she finally told her friend what she was. As shocked as he was it did explain her not aging as fast as he did.

However before she could show him what she was the boy diasappeared. It would be months later before she heard from him again.It seemed he'd been picked up by a passing coven of vampires. He always did have a terrible home life and was often roaming the streets. He told her rather than taking his life he was spared, adopted, and eventually turned. It's been years since they've been physically in the same place but they still chat online to this day. She told him in a recent e-mail, that her mother had taken a new job at a place called Monstrum Academy and that she'd been enrolled there. He'd wished her luck and made her promise to write and tell him about the new school when she got there. And so she packed and awaited the trip that led to her new school life.
