Im trying to draw shizuo for the first time and im really not liking his hair because its like everywhere !! How did you do it ?

Hmmm.... good question. I still don't know how to do hair! XD
But I'll try to give you some advice based on my own experimentation:
1) Do it in layers; start with the hair that's furthest to the back of the head, and finish with the parts closest to the face. So basically you'd draw the contour of the hair first and then build on top of that.
2) It's important to have a reference when you're starting out, so you see what hair behaves like. That's why it's good practice to copy other people's work, even the great artists have done that~!
3) Consider where the hair is growing from; depending on hair-style, wherever it's parting (in this case, the top of his head), that's where your strokes should be coming from.
