I was actually in the mood to draw Kairi and Hotaru together since he does have a crush on her.Older siblings dated and what not...
(Hotaru's older brother is Yuu Nikaidou)
And because of that, they've know each other since they were younger. In my story, Kairi actually Character Transforms in order to protect Hotaru, which involves a promise they made when they were kids.
Anywho, I was finally given the push when someone said that they were looking forward to it. I don't have my camera right now, so I used a base.

I think i like her with Kairi better than Ikuto. I mean I think Kairi's a douche...(no offense) but I don't mind him having a love interest, just not Amu. But Ikuto is SO overdone and I hate him as a character. So.

Lol he is a bit over done, but that's one of the reasons why it doesn't bother me, though Hotaru has gained more popularity as an OC than others with Ikuto have.
Her story is quite popular on FanFiction. XD

honestly i love this couple but i find its kinda messing with the show too pair charas from the show with your chara ( what i recomend doing is basing charas after charas in the series like if you like ikuto make a character like ikuto instead of pairingyour character with ikuto ) thats my oppinion srry for my horrible spelling

no problem for the spelling, but see adding a character like that would only make it more crowded. I rearrange the story so that she actually does fit in and I added Kairi just because he's one of my faves and he's easily forgotten.
...also I don't like him paired with Yaya, so this was my solution. XD

She's a fanmade character, but she's gained a bit of popularity on here and definitely on FanFiction. She's Nikaidou Yuu's younger sister.
She actually has a crush on Ikuto, who uses her to pretend to be his girlfriend to keep the fan girls at bay.
Since Nikaidou and Yukari used to date, I made it to where Kairi and Hotaru used to play together as kids, and because of that he has a crush on her. ^^

Aww thats a really cute idea! I totally love Nikaidou, and the idea of him having a younger sister would be totally adorable XD She looks so cute with Kairi too. Gah Yukari and Yuu are so cute together! XD
Well now im getting topic. Do you have like a long runnin FF, or is it multiple stories? Send me a link, and ill try to read it when i get the chance. I've written few short story fanfics about Yuu, but i haven't used my fanfic file in forever and needs to get back on it/type up my stories.

When I first made her, I had to figure out what was going to change to fit her into the story and around that time, I saw Yuu being sweet to Kairi and I was like...
...what if he had a sibling?
Then BAM!

I hope you read it. It's a long running FF by the way. See, I'm following the original story line but changing it a bit without straying from the original. It still makes sense, no one is OC and Hotaru is just so darn cute!

Yeah, because Yuu Nikaidou, the teacher, and Yukari used to date.
Hotaru is Yuu's younger sister in my story so when Yuu and Yukari dated, I made it to where Hotaru and Kairi were usually brought along.
