Today was National Neither Snow nor Rain Day, and I didn't fully realize what the Day meant, but i looked it up anyway, thought it would be something relating to Weather, but a Salute to the Postman, Post Service, or Post Office thing. So I made this Comic Strip to get the Idea on what I think, but I do enjoy a good Snow Fall that would last for Hours, and a good Nice Rainstorm mostly during Days Off or when you want to go somewhere.
