For this Recent Inktober entry, here is one of the Greatest Underrated Disney Villains of all time in my Book, the Horned King of Disney's 1985 film 'the Black Cauldron'. Even this Character had a Scary Animatronic version of himself in Tokyo Disney's now defunct 'Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour', which ran from 1986 to 2006.
