OK if it wasn t 100% apparent already, theyre based off of roses and thats. actually it. listen, it was coming sooner or later i love revolutionary girl utena & i also just love making new character designs and never using them.... lol

rosal usually gets called with he/him pronouns! he is very decisive as he acts impulsively on everything he does but he especially impulse buys and binges on food. he takes great care of his appearance and even has a face wash that squirts out foam in the shape of a rose (im not kidding its real). he designs clothes as a living, wears heavy jewelry, and tries to be as independent as possible. his real name is russel/russell and his real real name is césar roseflou.

design notes:
- he has four wings.
- his stars cover his back, there is only one on his neck (which is shown in the pic)
- his hair is curly. if u turn it upside down u get a rose
- his chest fur is also curly like a rose!
- his tail is curled and if its curled in a particular way it looks like, u guessed it, a rose!!

um im not really satisfied with the colors so far... might redesign later /_\
