Description
A painting for my color research class. Unfortunatly, I had to cut out a lot of it, because the painting itself is so big. Also, it isn't entirely finished yet. I still have some more work to do with the castle and the road (the road stands out way too much right now), I just wanted to post it, mainly for my dad, because I haven't shown him this yet. I will post the finished product when I have it all done. Oh and by the way, this is acrylic on vellum.Related content

Thanks, and no, I have painted several times before. I know that the road does not look right, it's because I'm not done with it yet, which I said in the description. The road and the castle were the very last things I got to during class and I have not finished it yet. The white blob is a lining of clouds on the horizon.

that is really good! i love the sky! the road seems a little off perspectively and you could blend the ocean to the sky a little better (it has a white blob that kind of cuts off the fluidity). but still, very good job. was it your first time painting? i like your siggy too ^^
i hate painting so much after fundamentals class. x.o at least you get to use acrylic. *stabs gouache*
