This title is lame.
Anyways, I wanted to surprise my friend with pony-fied versions of her comic characters Kale and Alencia. I think Kale turned out pretty adorable. I made her an earth pony, because Kale is a warrior. The crest design on the cutie mark is something she designed. It was given to Kale by her mentor and is very important to her, so I definitely wanted to incorporate that into the design.
