Photoshop | Wacom | ACIV: Black Flag OSTSo I had this one sitting around for a short while because I wanted to upload the Innkeeper stuff before posting Edward. What can I say? I LOVE this game so much and Edward has become my favourite assassin after Connor.
This painting was done with a lot of love and an incredible amount of patience. Sometimes I create my own obstacles by concentrating on too much detail. And this painting has a lot of it. Not necessarily visible, mind, but the subtle kind that I usually pay the most attention to. I really need to work on some speedpaintings here and there to get over this OCD-ness of mine.
Anyway, let me know what you guys think! First blond assassin. A pirate. All sexy and amazeballs. Edward kinda rules, you know?

By the by: Edward's tattoo in this painting is from the 'Tattoo Trailer' and NOT the tattoo from in-game Edward. For one, I don't think I've stopped drooling from the Tattoo trailer. Second, some characters in Black Flag have the same tattoo as Edward - it looks like a squid thingy.

lol Well, in the game because of the wind his face is making him much older. XD The price for being a pirate. XD

Thing is, they made Connor look like an old-ass in the game, too, even when we first saw him put on the assassin's duds for the first time. He was supposed to be early twenties when that happened (or slightly younger even), but he already looked way over thirty, which was so odd.
With Edward I can understand that he looked older for the reason you mentioned - harsh tropical sun is hell on a blond's complexion

I agree about Connor, lol. They were lazy to have a progressive modeling and instead put the end of the game one, lol. But...at least for Edward it's normal.^^ Your Edward looks really handsome, but yeah, with the sun and wind it's weird to see this "perfect" skin. xD
