All I can draw now is Pokemon. o A o;;I would have had this up earlier if I hadn't watched Summer Wars. lol;
Aiyaaa. Touko's so hard to draw. ; A ; fff but IDK where her hat went~ hurr
And Touya's jacket pockets magically disappeared... ww
Oh, and because I suck at backgrounds, Touya and Touko are sleeping under a tree. Just to clarify where they are. orz;
I kinda just gave up on this since I knew it would suck in the end. Q A Q;;

I put a multiply layer over the whole image, first. I colored in what I wanted to represent being shaded by the tree with a grey-ish tone (make it as dark as you wish...just not too overpowering).
And finally, I just added a couple of white blobs here and there where I thought sun spots would suit best. (I'd recommend the brush tool to add that soft effect to the sun spots)
