I like it but allot I think you would have benefited from black and white and high contrast. That seems like it would have really pulled out the wrinkles in his skin by placing greater distinction between them and the surrounding skin which would give you a more haggard face. That seemed to be the central motif in the image, disillusionment cupeled with resolve. It's great as is though.
