The description below the deviation says it all. The Halloween spirit does not die, It just hibernates over the year.
Which makes it both sexy and clever that this Mascot is wearing a shoulder-less nightgown with long socks and matching gloves. Being asleep for so long makes her hair grow out in this image. I can see on the sides of her head, That her hair is growing out from the pumpkin skin. Because that's not a mask, It is her head! For whatever reason. She lost her original head a long time ago. And substituted a pumpkin on her shoulders. over time she regained her beautiful hair. As a character artists, I can totally see many different facial expressions made on that pumpkin. Along with some sexy body positions.
The color scheme is very nice too. Lots of blacks and violets with one spot of orange in the middle.
Overall, It be cool to see more of this character. Her visuals make her interesting.
