Yea,  I know all about the Wii U's hardware and what it can and can't do. Even Nintendo haven't proven that it can really achieve stellar visuals.

Kingdom hearts 1.5 and 2.5 could be on Xbox 360 and WiiU.
And 2.8 and 3 on The Switch.
That could happen.

Which is why most hope the NX solves all that and delivers a powerful machine with easy to develop architecture.

I don't know if that would be the best option for them, because it would stay only a short period of time in the market IF it is released next year, and they have to keep in touch with their competitors

It'd be easy to last long with the right spec and structure, not to mention if they keep the sort of influx of games the 3DS has. Also rumours are that the NX will use a system that allows both console games and handheld games to run on it, which would more than double it's hypothetical library.

In a situation like this, Nintendo could release it in the near future and still have a big market share competing with PS and Xbox
