Here's my second Courage the Cowardly Dog fancharacter, Edna... >w>

Edna is a 19 year-old albino girl that is 5'9" tall with a slight German accent and unkempt hair that is rarely brushed. She wears a black & white striped shirt, a black hoodie that has a matching striped hood, and black pants. She wears a white sun hat when she goes outside during the daytime.
Edna really enjoys making sweet things, and frequently bakes marijuana brownies; hence her calm and happy expressions. She also consumes them to make the sclera of her eyes a pinkish color to disguise her irises.
She has a strange fascination for all things feline. She's been known to have urges to steal things she doesn't need; most people believe she has kleptomania. She has stolen many cats from several different pet stores, keeping them in her large (almost mansion-like) home as pets and/or companions.
Her most notable pet cat is a female albino tabby named Felicity.
