Knochen Koing is a joke on Sound Cloud. Some one made a Storyshift sans theme called "Bone King In German" And it was filled with comments saying that it was Knochen Koing, thinking he just didn't know how to translate. No one understood that it was Bone King In German because sans was lazy. After that, Knochen koing became a joke. His name is sans or King sans in here
