Woah! this is my second chibi of Naruto
It was a request from so I had to say yes because Neji is one of my favorite characters from Naruto (besides Gaara) talking about Gaara I should make a chibi of him next o.O but later...
I had to work several times on the pose, I'm still not satisfied with the result
(I hate drawing the fucking hands!!)
but I hope you like how it ended
