Just a remake of Crengalon. I don't really like how sloppy Crengalon was made, so I decided to make a new Waluigi Fortran. But GOD! His name is hard to pronounce once I first made it up! At first it sounded like "Balocrupy", but I got the hang of it just like I did Ragamiicho. That sounded like "Rahagamishimoto" at first...Sorry about how sloppy it turned out... I was working a bit fast. I might remake it.
