mhmm. Thankies. He already coughed up a lot of blood before this scene, since you can see a little bit of blood on his chin there. But I was trying to make him look like he was coughing violently. (Usually if you have IPI, you can tell when your lungs are starting to fill up with blood because you get this feeling that you're drowning.)

He does... They do emergency surgery and manage to get the blood out... Of course...they did the procedure with little to no anesthetic...which I would assume really hurts!!
