What I'm saying is this: I can be equal to a man while wearing flower print skirts and bows in my hair. The idea that a woman must be physically strong, must battle, must not shave/wear makeup/etc. is supporting the idea that to have worth a woman much become like a man and can have no worth solely because she is a woman. It's extremely sexist because it implies that masculinity (ie, being a man) is somehow superior to feminity (ie, being a woman). A woman shouldn't have to copy a man to be equal to one. Feminism, Equalism, whatever you consider it, is about women and men having the choice to stay at home or to get a job, to work or to have kids, to stay single or marry, to wear make up or not to. Saying that to be equal to men women must do this or do that completely undermines what equality means. A woman can be extremely feminine and still be equal to men, and neither femininity or masculinity are inherently better than each other.
