I've been playing Digimon Cyber Sleuth non-stop. NON-STOP! Perhaps I'd have finished more MGE comics by now if it weren't for that... Oh well! Imma keep playing it! Anyway, hero, woobie, and I started our own cyber sleuth agency to try to rival Kyoko. Unfortunately her and the game's protagonist are much better at the job than us. We don't really have clients. And hero didn't even have his own digimon! Until now! But what digimon would suit hero? And what kind of missions would we have?Related content

I'm not really far either, but I'm just saying... so far, Digimon are being Portrayed as mere programs... rather than living creatures devised of Data rather than flesh.
Yet, there's already been a few people possessed by Digimon, and you mentioned Lucemon, so... it wouldn't be so far fetched, right? I mean, an Evil Digimon DID try to nuke the planet in one of the movies.

Soon enough, it'll get more into the fact that they have free will and come from their own world. Though most, like your friend Nokia, at first believed that they were just programs made by hackers.

So it is either we go for a heroic kind of digimon or make it a funny out of left field yet still useful digimon for our Hero. Now let me think... we could go with Impmon for the whole dark hero considering he can digivolve to Beelzemon and give this one it's own unique look, oh yeah give it some cyberpunk look for obvious reasons.
You could also go with a female Ogremon who would pretty much be Hobby from your MGQ comics cause why not.
Oh wait! Wizardmon! Yeah that be fun and if you are so inclined we could go with Witchmon because apparently she is a thing cause I just Googled it and yeah she is the female counterpart to Wizardmon.
Hagurumon maybe cause I feel bad they probably aren't used a lot considering the other chooses are either Palmon or Terriermon for your starter digimon.
For what you guys mainly do... recover peoples porn files...that got stolen by some digimon that is trying to steal all the worlds porn for there Tamer... or some such nonsense like that.

I actually chose hagurumon as my starter. Right now, he's about to reach his mega, HiAndromon! XD

Interesting how Hero's scarf has the digital symbols.
As far as partners who are female go, Dianamon might be nice but giving Hero someone silly works best. Lilymon or Lilamon could pull off that silly factor but that's just my thoughts.
As for missions . . . I have a mission for Woobie to help find my stolen files, will involve dealing with hackers. Hero will have a mission to deal with someone who has been stealing ice cream from the super market. Can't enjoy ice cream if there's nothing to choose.

Oh I wonder what Digimon he's going to get, personally I would like to see him get a Guilmon but it's up to you since this is your thing. On a side note if I ever get Cyber Sleuth I'm getting Tyrannomon and Seadramon, those two were among my favorite Digimon and I don't care what anyone says I love them both and it makes me so happy that Tyrannomon finally has a Mega and Seadramon has a second Mega.

Personally I would love to have an adorable Kuramon that can eventually digivolve into a Diaboromon like the one from the Movie; though for Hero and the rest of you guys it would cause utter mayhem. Would be good for a comic though.

Maybe a Palmon? I got a Palmon as my first Digimon in the game. And I know she's not in the game, but having her Mega be BanchoLilymon for him would be funny.
You already gave the best partner combo to Woobie, lucky him! I actually managed to get myself an Angewomon and LadyDevimon too!...and then I haven't played since. Too occupied with FFXIV...especially after the newest patch adding in tons of new equipment, dungeons and a raid...I'd suggest you give it a try, but...it may well consume your life.
Oh, alternatively, a Guilmon. Now I'm sure you might say "But that doesn't lend well to Waifumonism!", and that is true. But I was just thinking of how I was oft part of the hype threads on 4chan leading up to Digimon Tri. One artist who frequented the thread actually came up with a concept for a female Gallantmon that was pretty cute. I know that's definitely not in the game, but felt like mentioning it.
Also, I've got the Angewomon figure in the mail! Can't wait for it to get here and put it on display. Also a friend told me that he looked it up and the new partner Digimon in Tri is, possible spoilers here, a rookie who can level to Lilithmon! So now I've got it in my head the vague hope they might eventually make a LadyDevimon statue too. That'd be soooo wonderful...
