Noticing a very key level of darkness or evil aura around these characters, if not that than that lighting is definitely doing the trick.
Again such a cool variety of characters your draw CerberusLives but you handle them all as well as you would your own fav girl like Raven or someone, lol.
And lovely job on the lighting for her suit and the sword, as well as all the tiny details for the arrows, and bow, bloody well done CerberusLives.

Good:
+Wanting to help people
+Not wanting to harm or enslave people indiscriminately
+Not wanting to take over the world
+Doesn't want to cause chaos
+Doesn't necessarily want money or power(because they can both corrupt)
+Doesn't steal
+Redeeming factors outweigh mischief/misdeeds
+Gives people hope
Ex. Superman
Evil:
+Wanting to harm and enslave people indiscriminately
+Wanting to take over the world
+Wants to cause chaos/anarchy
+Wants money and power(despite the fact that they can corrupt)
+Stealing
+No redeeming factors whatsoever
+Make people live in fear
Ex. Baroness, Joker, Catwoman(why she has her own comic is beyond me. That's like giving the Joker or Two-Face their own comics)
Only reason I make Black Cat a slight exception is because she usually likes Spiderman, from what I heard.
Why would anyone want money or power anyway? If you want money, work an honest job. But power can corrupt.

Bit of a list you have there, however there are a few points that could be crossed over. Stealing for example isnt always a bad thing. Take Robin hood for instance, stealing from the rich to help the poor. I would also argue against taking over the world, there could be an instance where you could take over the world in the interest of the greater good?
Never was much of a Catwoman appreciator, ever since they made that Travesty with Halle Berry in it (nothing against her, just thought idea was pointless)
I was never much of a DC or Marvel fan, i preferred 2000AD.
Back on point however ^^, Nighmiero is more of a chaotic neutral character, she neither goes out of her way to harm others (without reason), or to help anyone else. She protects her tribe and their lands, and aside from the odd favour to her neighbour she keeps out of the limelight.
Im not sure if i have any truly evil characters?
