Roxy from the canned Top Cat reboot(I never knew this reboot was actually a thing until I saw it fly around on Tumblr, my guess would be around two years ago since I last saw of it.)
I would've been alright with it but to me there was a load of problems :/

I was thinking that if that reboot wasnยดt canned, she would be part of the gang, but... in the other hand, it would be good if she was a antagonist, like Pantera

I kinda like the idea of both~
Like she's part of the gang but is secretly an antagonist like a spy of some sorts so her boss can get the alley but he wants more than the alley and wants to get rid of T.C.
And she reforms from her boss after his true intentions but is still arrested for her crime charges.
Predictable story I suppose Lol

Cool, and I think Spook would get along with Roxy (after being arrested), since he worked for the bad guy in Top Cat Begins (although, he was more his pizza delivery guy and poor Eleanore the bike (she got destroyed)) and maybe he knew Pantera from his "Hellcat Spook" days (I think, because on the flashback scene of his backstory, only Mr. Big and Bad Dog were seen).
And Roxy would get along with the whole gang.

Well, I think that Fancy should help Choo-Choo on overcoming his shyness on romance in the same way that TC helped him on learning french. One thing I didnยดt like in the movie was that, during in the showdown with the bad guys, Brain was the only one who wasnยดt with the gang, only being with them during the "salesman" scam.
But if he were during that part, he would confront the "thief" who "stole" his cow-shaped ice cube.

Fancy should've at least gave Chooch the courage on tackling romance but that isn't in Fancy's formula with the ladies LOL
The main thing that bothered me the most with this movie is the 3D. I know 3D animation now runs the world but I do wish that Top Cat was back in his animated 2D roots. The first movie, Top Cat the movie, was eh with the animation but it was alright. Entertaining to see the guys again but the 3D is what didn't mesh well and it's what the fans didn't care about. Not gonna include the voices cause rest in piece. It can't be helped :/
I'm not saying it's a bad thing to combine the old with 3D, I just think that it doesn't look good with these old characters in rendered 3D environments. Only some 3D animation can be good but I dunno. That's my nit-pick though.
But yeah, that part really got me that Brain wasn't there during the fight. :/

And in that part, they should have used the WHOLE gang to fight against the bad guys.
The movie could had been in 2D with the concept drawings and end credits.

Like the gang against Mr. Big. Not the entire citizens and the boys vs. Mr. Big and his gang.
It would've been epic to see T.C and his boys fight them off, then seeing how T.C gets the alley (Not paying anything) and staying true to the original.
I liked the concept art. The style looked unique though....

Like the citizens could be either cheering from the sidelines or hear about it on the news congratulating the boys and Dibble for a job well done on defeating the enemy and to stop trying to turn T.C in.
I truly wished that they would've went with it. Style seemed interesting~
