Elizabeth Torque told me that she's ok with other people coloring her work. She didn't elaborate, but the basic rules for such things are:
1. Give proper credit to Elizabeth Torque (TorqueArtStudio ) for the drawing.
2. Do not sell, make copies of, or distribute in any way (Posting it on DeviantArt or Facebook is fine as long as you credit her).
