Katara, from "Avatar: The Last Airbender"I was bored, so I used a screenshot from AvatarSpirit.net from the episode "The Painted Lady" and played around with some layer styles. I'm sorta happy with how it came out.
I know that the red face paint looks super shiny and unrealistic, but I like it. So I'm keeping it. 
Colored in Adobe Photoshop CS2
