Cyber's weaknesses: Water (cause computers can not work after water) uh....Fighting? (a computer could be broke) and maybe Dark and Ghost cause of viruses?
Resists: Electric (electric also resists cyber since, well you get the idea) idk what else
Psychic could resist Cyber since some geniuses use computers for info or somethin
