How is Lukas standing with approximately 1 1/2 tons on his back?
I know how much a horse weighs. They are not light. At all. Especially if they fall on you when you fail on bailing when they trip.

Well, first of, her lower body is much smaller than the one of a horse. A shetland weights 150kg, for instance, which can actually be lifted by a man with the right technique (tilt your upper body so that the weight is on the hip, therefore only lifting it with your legs. That's how the sherpas do it, I can attest that it does work) and is roughly the size of her lower body, albeit the proportions are modelled more after your everyday horse (that weights about 400-500kg. Heavy horses about a ton, but then their shoulder is about as high as a man, whereas theshoulders on Celia's lower body are as high as her hips, so the size of a shetland or so).
Then there's the fact that he's a ninja, and last but not least, it's a comic.

so she is more of a pony variety. that would make sense. I haven't had much to do with ponies. I've shown horses and have done trail riding in the desert mountains. and looking back at my previous post I meant half ton. heh. My odd hours of working have been wreaking havoc on my ability to focus on what I am typing. figures.

I read it as one half-ton so no harm done here.

Now to see her get used to the extra arms while building some science thingy that will invariably cause trouble. Anyone?
