I think Gar in the New Teen Titans was just like that. "Cute" AND "sexy" at the same time. He could not get rid of the cute pretty-boy face he had. Nor did he want to, I believe.

I love the eyes, smile and cheeks, plus the body shape.
I am not a fan of body hair, but it would be a disservice and a lack of respect for Gar's character to draw him without it.
(Even if I posted the smooth alternate version, that one was drawn with hair, but I simply removed it as a final step.)

I only sometimes let my own hair grow. I only get a little on the armpits, as my chest is naturally smooth.
Last year, I let it grow for about two months, and this is how it looked after all that time:

I think it's not too much (thank God), and it is not very visible unless someone gets very close to my underarm and pays attention. Even so, I usually get rid of it.

And it is not "semi-hairless" now. Besides two different times when I left my armpits alone for stretches of two months, I usually just remove the underarm hair. So I am smooth now and always.
