Try putting "24. Orly?" in deviantart's search engine. Other deviantart users' submissions may give you an idea of what it really means.

looks like a fun challenge! does it have to be paintings and drawings or can it be photos or fan fiction? can we use past work that falls into these themes? oh man, i want to do this!

It can be any type of visual art. I'm not sure about fanfictions/literature, though.
But past works are not allowed.
