PS 8 or higherIts not really 'manga style' since you can use it for other things and manga doesnt have only 1 style.
these are the basics that I use every time plus the pencil, ink and 'super easy brush' from 's set here [link]

don't know but you install them by opening the program, click on the brush preset and click load brushes.Β

Hope you don't mind me asking but do these work with GIMP? I have them downloaded and it seems they aren't that compatible. (It displays four brushes instead of 6 and they are really pixelated.) Just wanted to check with you though.
