Nice! I love the flow of the hair, and the way you painted the skin and hair. So soft ;D
As something to imporve, in my opinion, i think her head its a little bit too big. At least i would make it a little bit smaller.

yeah, I have a tendency to make heads bigger then bodies, but I'm thinking of making the body a bit bigger instead
