This is really cool!!!! I admire your tone work! Thats something I have no clue on how to use!!! >< I have manga studio and I'm like UWAHHH!!! My tone always looks crappy and like its too much. But your work is beautiful!!

Mstudio tones look bad to me, after I tone in photoshop I just open and close the file in comic works because of how the program 'cleans up' the tones (and it has a much better air brush).

check my tutorials folder, I have a how to tone tutorial.

yeah i've been thinking the same thing, its really rather blotchy and fat looking.
I didn't know photoshop has tones. then you use comic works? I haven't heard of that program.
And I have no experience with digital art and using photoshop, you think I could learn how pretty easy? And doesn't photoshop coast a lot of money? I don't know, just thought Id ask.

well photoshop is the only program I know of that 'makes' tones. I'll try to see if photoshop elements is able too. Also you can get a cheaper photoshop if you get older versions.

you can get copies of 'computones' which is a photoshop plug in.

its not to say manga studio wont do, you might want to work in min of 600 dpi and with tone between 42-60 lpi

Yea cause I was thinking about photoshop, just to kinda touch up and do manga with. Thank you for the help

And I'm pretty no0b with computer so I was always wondering what the difference between the different dpi, but 600 works the best?

dpi is dots per inch, the more your stuff each square inch, the more detail you can pack it and the 'cleaner' the work. color work dont need to be more then 400 dpi because it 'blends' pixels. but BW only have BW so to have clean lines you need a much higher dpi. most places take 600 but off set printers like 1200 to 2400

This is quite nice. ^_^;;; I love the movement and expression in this. And you're quite good with tones. I hope your client likes this as much as I do.
