Got it! The problem was that you had posted it BEFORE she said it was okay. I understand that retroactive approval means they are okay with it but, you shouldn't have posted until after they said it was cool. If I go around grabbing art from everyone and posting it, albeit altered, on my gallery and say, "Hey, it's cool cause I asked them if it was alright. I haven't heard from them but, you know, I asked." doesn't make it alright.

I posted it the day before she had approved and yes I do know that I posted it early but it was either post it then or wait a couple weeks till I got it back in a month.
