Whee. About time I did a new deviantID. And guess what style I drew her in! That's right! My newest addiction...Phineas and Ferb!
"Reine" is a French word meaning "queen", and the "Fletcher" part came after I took a liking to Ferb. ✨

Uhm, the design or the drawing? Design is original, though lately it occurs to me that her style looks like Stacy's. T_T I drew this with Corel Sketch Pad.

It's a good software and the controls are very easy. The problem is, it's quite slow and crashes a lot. In my opinion, SAI is a better program....
