That's not how people hold hot dogs. All the condiments fall off when you hold one that way. Duh.
As far as that goes it's a little obvious that she's fellating it and not eating so your innuendo pushes away the potential innocence of the scene. It basically looks like you drew her performing fellatio and then drew a hot dog over the penis.
