The curve that follows the change of path
Leads me to find time has elapsed
For while I wandered lost and alone
The world kept turning, no care to postpone
And while I may try to concede
That I feel no difference within me
It's clear that I have missed the moment
When all I dreamt of was wide open
I realise now I took too much time
To learn what I'd known was always mine
I find myself in a different place now
Where dreaming of hope is not allowed
