The heavens open, the rain pours downGreat puddle forming on the ground
I stand outside, just me and the rain
I feel it releasing me from my pain
I look to the sky, so full of relief
As I stand handing over a life's worth of grief
So thankful to the heavens for what they have done
I can feel it within, a new chapter's begun
