These pens are handcrafted out of a single, very lovely, antique millinery quill, with the delicate hand-painted scrollwork done in white, with crystal accents. About the quills used in the making of these pens: They have been crafted from RARE Non-Typical Vintage Turkey Millinery Quills (I believe I have the only stock remaining in the United States, purchased over 19 years ago), & these beautiful feathers are over 100 years old. Due to age, storage techniques of the time, and the dyes used to produce the colours pictured, which caused bleeding along the feathering as well as fading. This produced some very unique & beautiful OOAK shades making each and every one special. I hope you enjoy!
