The Game is lagging, why?
You need a good PC to play this game. When the game is lagging, it's not a faut of the Game, it's just your PC is not good enough.

The Game is lagging only in Rustbolt City, why?
There a many events in Rustbolt City and it's a really big city, but normally it should work.

I can't get through the Spiderwebs in Dullfern Forest?
You need HM01 Cut, you can get it from Donnas father after beating her in the gym battle. He is living in one of the small houses in Serpentine City.

I can't find the Item from the Girl in the PC in Crestlight City?
It's difficult to find, it's in the north-east of the Blackleraf Woods, you can just see a few pixels of the Pokéball, because it's hide behind the top of some trees.

The Game is crashing at the Team Lunar scene in front of the Earth Temple?
Normally it should'nt, but when you should try all 3 events which start the event.

Rustbolt City is to big, i don't know what i should do?
At first go to the Taxi Company (in the north) and talk with the female clerk infront of the stairs)
Then you have to go to the Central Park (middle-east) and find the Boss of the TC
After that go back to Taxi Company and go in the office of the Boss.
After beating him, you get a Bike Voucher from a Driver and you are now allowed to use the Taxis in the City.
Now go to the Gym and beat Electra, after that you will get a bike in the Bike Shop.

The Game is crashing when i enter the PokeCenter in Rustbolt after driving with a Taxi?
Normally this problem is solved, but to be sure just wait until you arrive with a taxi till its gone. Then you can enter the building without any problems.

If i click on the Ball in the Fishing Contest, nothing happens?
Yes we know this, it's a exlusive essentials version 13 bug, and we don't know how to repair this. If we are able to solve this problem, we will upload a fixed version!

Where did i get HM04 Strenght for the Rock in Goldune Desert?
In one of the small houses in Goldune City from a Hiker.

The Gym leaders are to strong, what should i do?
You just have to train your Pokémon. There are a few tips:
1. Gym
In the PC is a girl who wants to trade a Moonky for a Lavenseed. Moonky is a Psychic type, it's powerful against the first
two Pokémon from Donna. Then you should use your starter vs. her Feva, your starter should be at level 14-15.
2. Gym
You should catch a Bug Pokémon (Jumple, Glovee, Stickit, Darcula) and in the Haunted house is a Glocoon (Lv.15) which will
evolve at lv. 17 into Glofly,
3. Gym
Catch a Ground Pokémon at Thundrome Pass (Toron, Raizid), and train it a bit, you should'nt have big problems with one.
4. Gym
Dustin is a real Powerhouse, you should train your Pokémon really well (up to lv. 30). Against Cassand (Ground/Bug) you could
use a Fire or Flying Pokémon, and for the other two you could train a Grass Pokémon (Spony, Elecseed, Bushoo).
5. Gym
Water types like Aqad, Angling, Platyplat are really helpfull.
