Description
One of my very first attemts at the Droste-effect. I guess this could be considered an homage to Escher
D70 for the Photo (hand-held quick self portrait). Photoshop for pre/post-process. Gimp + Mathlab for the effect using an early version of a script from this awesome guy: [link]

Nope.
But since I made this image a few years ago, other methods have popped up. I recommend you google for it to find a better method than Pixel Bender.
If you want something free and legal, go the Gimp + Mathlab route or something.

Β I tried a flash version of pixel bender, Β and i like the kaleidoscope option. thats what i want, but i have the files i have the adobe installers for it, i should have the correct copy od CS5.12.0, but still cant get it to work i tried it every which way, and have no idea what im doing wrong .Β
