Nagisa Kaworu from Neon Genesis Evangelion (ugly background is ugly.)I recently watched the camrip of Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo and I'm convinced that it's Anno's huge fuck you to the fans. XD But the art style is amazing TT^TT and so much Kaworu (and of course Shinji.)
