I...just water colored it. i drew it yesterday and it took me around 30 minutes . The water coloring was the hardest part...especially Hibari's hair which I made kind of too complicated for me to color. I really didn't want to resort to coloring with water brushes - - i wanted to make it look a little more anime-ish than normal, but NOOOOOO. I messed up with line-arting and boom! Here it is! The coloring took me around an hour too.

TOOLS USED: Mechanical Pencil, Copy Paper and GIMP + Tablet.
