Nytra's mom Aluli, pictured on the left, and her father Tenvizzle on the right!I haven't done a ton of development since they aren't present for Nytra's life, but I envision Aluli to be a hardworking inventor and tinkerer who channels all her gnomish energy into creating. I think of Tenvizzle as far more hyperactive and having a very strong wanderlust, so he has a career as a traveler and performer, who sends money and stuff back to his family.
I tried to make them look like they could reasonably produce Nytra, lol. Nytra has her mom's eyes + nose, short and muscular build, and seems to have inherited her mom's dislike of shoes (she only wore them so she wouldn't step on screws or shards of glass/metal in her workshop). Nytra's hair is similar to Tenvizzle's as well as his smile, and she shares his strong sense of honor.
Nytra's never met her father, and doesn't even know his name. She was 5 when Aluli was killed. As a result, Nytra was shuffled off to the monastery, and that was what eventually led to her being an adventurer. Nytra misses her mom but can't remember her very well, and she really hopes to meet her father one day, but she's not sure how she'll find him.
